Saw your post and found it interesting.

I would not think that the FDA would be prone to give VIAGRA "fast track" approval although the parameters used to determine what constitutes fast track are in flux. For some people, impotence can causes psychological problems which can lead to depression (and on to other problems and so forth). However, in general, it would not be considered a terminal illness or an illness with no available therapy. There may be an avenue for compassionate use but with an effective product (MUSE) already on the market I don't see the FDA fast tracking this one.
