Don't know enough about what is left, the cost to restart, the mine widths, the grade etc...

If that all fits, then the answer is "yes, cautiously"

The second question that it brings up is "will it be mined"?..

The third question is "by whom"?

If you do the research I will fill in the bottom line for you... :)

My wild guess is that it was unprofitable at 1980's prices and costs, so it may be that it is profitable today as mine costs have not increase capex wise that much and labour can be defrayed by tons mined.. in other words there may be increases in efficiency today. Increases in relative prices sound likely..

Infracstructure being in place or partially in places reduces front end load a bit..
