I always thought that would have been a better idea for Robert e lee than Pickets charge. Send all your troops out in small gorilla units at night, to the left and right and tell them to do as much damage as they can.

I will not post any more OT until the market closes. But I had to post that as I have never been able to figure out pickets charge-lol.

And in my mind I have advised Lee of that alternative for 40 years-lol.
