I got an email earlier in the week from John Orton, and in it he stated that BNGO would be filing their suit for an injunction against the new law that will make it illegal for publicly traded companies operate bingo halls, a law which I am reasonably certain was sour grapes from the Texas Lottery Commission which lost several court fights with BNGO in the past. Expect a couple at least grand opennings in SC this weekend. Rod Dream a little
