<I usually rate "clear & convincing" above 2/3rds or 63%>

2/3 is 66.66% So there's already a bit of wriggle room there. So clear and convincing is really, "Oh, I dunno, but he looks kinda guilty and I didn't really like him anyway. What's for lunch?"

Whereas "Beyond Reasonable Doubt" is "I can't think of any way she didn't do it, even though she's my mother and I love her. But you never know. It's possible that there's something we've overlooked so I'm for "not guilty". 5% is 1 in 20 and if you take the human female population of about 2,000,000,000 women, that would still be 100 million people who might have done it. So it's doubtful. If the bra don't fit, you must acquit"
