Israel uses collective punishment as a matter of policy. Israel cannot admit it commits war crimes or it would risk losing its rich and powerful US patron. I don't expect every criminal to step up to alound speaker and announce to the world "I am a filthy criminal". I do not expect that of Israel. Nor should wait for them to decide to do that before taking action.
