The Museum of African Diaspora presents "Slave Narratives", a powerful online exhibition that, through individual storytelling, pays tribute to the struggle and survival of the silent millions who endured centuries of slavery. The exhibition's website is narrated by the great poet Maya Angelou, and contains biographical transcripts and narrations of the stories of nine unique, enslaved individuals. While each story is representative of a different time and place in history, they share a common thread of struggle, hardship, endurance and survival in the face of the unspeakable cruelty of slavery. moadsf.org
