Watching Gates interview on Big Idea with Donny Deutsch. Heard Gates to mention while reflecting on his love for the technology over the business management stated, "Now, once you get into a business, it's like anything. You think, gosh these other people in this business don't understand the key elements. You know let's see if we can't lead in this business. Fortunately for us, most things we've been able to do first. We've had a few things where we had to play catch up, but we've even learned to do that quite well." Comment: Great guy! Easily likeable. I just get the over riding impression that he's not so much a genius as he is a fortunate one. And, that's OK. This is not a rant.
