bap, I've done very well with co's that show strong phase II results - the key word is strong. There's always potential for LGND to fall to nine, just like there's always potential for us to get struck by lightening. I'm still sticking with my previous call for the third week in Oct. for the diabetes deal and I would bet that with all the competition, LGND will get a handsome sum (much more that the 50mil initial) -- especially with the likes of JNJ.
