Well, then you agree with me that it is certainly not necessary for an investor to "jump the gun" and get in before approval is ascertained? The correct time to buy AMGN, according to O'Neil was in Mar of 90 when it was trading at 60! The stock went from there to a greater than 6 fold return. Until AMGN got approval on Epogen and Neupogen the stock basically traded in a range. bp
