Like what? Hanging a flag of surrender from the White House??

They are the ones who are in violation of the NPT.

We've already told them that once they halt enrichment activities, and grant the IAEA the rights they ALREADY HAVE UNDER THE NPT to conduct inspections, the stage can be set for mutual talks.

So if they want talks, all they have to do is come into compliance with the NPT.

Is that such a difficult obstacle to overcome for the Iranians?

After all, if they don't like where the talks are going, they can resume their enrichment activities and withdraw from the NPT.

But if we enter into talks without receiving something that should already be expected (compliance), then we are rewarding bad behavior.
