Plasticon Intl. (PK: PLNI) The Green Baron Report recognizes that Plasticon did not meet the August 31 deadline to file a completed audit that was announced in a press release on Thursday, August 3. The auditor itself believed all documents could be completed in this timeframe, and the Company was confident this date could be met as well. We anxiously await a formal announcement from Plasticon to update its shareholders about the audit and its ongoing business at Pro Mold and Semco Manufacturing. We will be sure to alert members as soon as we see any news.
