I only subscribe to Bob Bishop's Gold Mining Stock Report. It's pricey but I like the way he does all his own research. I've been reading him since before his Diamond Fields issue that later went on to discover the Voisey's Bay Ni deposit instead of the Namibian sea diamonds. He emails both a text and pdf version in 2 seperate emails just in case. His letters are more succint than they used to be. I just wish he was more interested in uranium. goldminingstockreport.com

I also had a full boat subscription to the Doug Casey stable of letters but his service has gone to hell in a handbag since he farmed out the work to a bunch of newcomers. Years ago he was good when he did his own research and writing and had just The International Speculator but now he has 5 or 6 toutsheets and just churns out junk, especially many of his energy stocks, e.g. Ausam. I cancelled and will never go back.

I read The Dines Letter at the library since all his recs come out in his Interim Warning Bulletin (IWB) so unless you pay the big bucks you'll always be late anyway. James Dines is a very idiosyncratic writer and downright strange at times. Some of his health topics are pure dogma and some are just plain wrong.
