A reminder -- if capital markets (i.e. the buyers and sellers of shares of BRCM, determining the correct perceived "equilibrium" price) perform their "duty" properly

(as one learns in finance theory courses at business school),

then a continuously declining price for BRCM shares (starting yesterday) should send a signal to BRCM management that MAYBE their approach to the litigation mess that they initiated ...

was (is) really stupid.
