Not at all. However, I was frustrated by the resistance to information that I saw here by people who are generally news savvy. In general people here are not interested in information that doesn't get their favorite party more votes. That isn't being stupid it is choosing ignorance over education for partisan benefit. The average person on the street was/is even less informed because rather than news they have the cowboy, games, cartoon, movie, sitcom channel going 24/7 when not working.

So, even though good information is generally available in some form or at some media level, I find few people interested in knowledge for knowledge's sake.
