Along the same lines is Alexandria (ARE). Wilder pointed to it two or three years back and I put it in the Trickle Portfolio. It's been one of the best performers there during these sideways times. Disclaimer: I haven't actively looked at the company since the SI portfolio feature went bye-bye. The stock has been a two or three bagger, and may be a bit toppy, couldn't say. Do your own DD, of course.

Edit: ARE also has a little VC arm that invests in some of the biotechs they house. Don't know how well that has done, but it's worth checking out during DD on the stock.
