"Spending like democrats" is an inaccurate misnomer. Don't blame democrats. We were quite thfity in the 90's and balanced all the books. "Spending like corrupt sell-outs" is more like it. AQlso, when democrats spend it's usually spending which directly benefits the people, most of which the people want and need. The GOP needs to start facing its own lies and demons. You guys have become the party of white collar criminality on a grand scale, as well as quasi fascist type propaganda and "us vs. everyone else" hysteria. We are in the midst of a trillion dollar ripoff of the public wealth by rightwing industrial special interests, led by big oil and war profiteers. It needs to stop. And those who are guilty need to be put in prison.
