My rail guru Alan sees electric rail as a very big silver BB in dealing with both peak oil and global warming. lightrailnow.org Who would stand to benefit most from a demand for electric locos? I just took a flyer on AENS as a play on EtOH. They are building a number of plants, with an output of 100 tank cars/ week, each. Do we currently have that capacity?
