I have not been trading either NKTR or MNKD, but I own NKTR and watch MNKD pretty closely. Since NKTR does not have earnings (yet), I consider both NKTR and MNKD pretty speculative. It is just a matter of degree and timing. Biotech investors live on hopes of future earnings; it's just a matter of how much faith. Sometimes the faith is greater if there are more uncertainties. It makes no sense to me, but it sure seems to be the case.
