I have not paid any attention to previous bellicose statements from al-Qaeda. I too find most of there statements comical at best, however, the "convert to Islam" drivel was on my leading indicator for attack list before I read the article.

Question: Do you believe that that al-Qaeda no longer has the capacity to launch another attack?
