Thats 62 dollars in nickel and copper in short tons.

Of course traditionally, ni-cu has been more expensive to process than copper or cu-zn.

PGMS are 8 dollars per short ton.

$1.60 in gold silver.

$71 at 25,000 tons a day could pay some bills.

These kind of deposits need an ammoniacal process to make them profitable. This is available today, and makes sense at about 10,000 tons per day.

Traditionally these deposits do not get developed. The paranoiac thing is that the community of people marketing these metals are pretty effective at closing out investment funds.

Hard Creek's ni-cu deposit in BC is comparable.

"The initial capital cost of the project is estimated to be $ 867.1 million Canadian in 1st Quarter, 2006 dollars. A contingency of $ 132.4 million Canadian has been included in this cost. The capital cost has been split in the following manner:"

I don't believe HC will get that kind of money.
