Our soldiers were not captured in a military action, but "abducted" like the victims of gangsters, while our army "arrests" the leaders of Hamas.

So Let us say Israelis Soldiers were captured in a military action. This Palestinians and Lebanese committed incursions into Israeli held territory and took 3 prisoners of war. Israel replied to these attacks with Military action and took some of the leadership of hamas into custody in retaliation for Palestines act of war, and attempted to stop the removal of captured Israeli Soldiers by damaging the transport facilities that might have been used to take them out of the country. When Lebanon reacted by allowing Missiles in great number to be fired at Israel, Israel retaliated to their further acts of aggression.

Fabulous, because if those soldiers were taken in Military acts they were acts of aggression and as such constitute a declaration of war.
