I didn't scout any mines. I took sweet young girls up there in the summer to swim nude and mess around. The Consumes river outside of Sacramento in the foot hills of the Sierra was my favorite place. If one walked along the river into the canyon there was never anyone there and it was very warm clear water and big swimming holes with wild grapes growing at the edges. Just beautiful. Very romantic and seductive. Interestingly only suckers in the river? I sometimes snorkled there. In the evening a warm gentle breeze would flow through the canyon. Those were the days my friend, we thought they would never end. I do not have to go to my death saying I wish I would have-lol.
