Democratic party candidates still don't get it. People are tired of their party's lack of vision. I saw Dem senate candidate Bob Casey on TV this morning and he kept repeating that we needed a change in leadership but he wouldn't give a clear plan for what he would do differently if the Dems gain control. It didn't sound like there was much different that Casey would do vs what Santorum did/will do in the senate. I'm afraid the dems are relying too much on anti-Bush sentiment to carry them into victory. At times like these I wish we had a third or even fourth party to choose from (someone with a legitimate shot at winning, not green party and LaRouche candidates). Alas, we all know that this is all but impossible given how the electoral system is set up to protect the two party system. So we are stuck with a choice between gray and a darker shade of gray, both of which are funded by the same lobbies and big businesses.
