How does Bush know if we redeploy from Iraq that terrorism will take hold there, take over the country and turn it into a base of operations against the USA? Frankly, that sounds like a paranoid fantasy, not reality. What's happening in Iraq right now isn't about terrorism, it's about a civil war of Sunnis vs. Shias fighting over oil money and old tribal differences. I said Bush is full of it. He just doesn't want to admit he was wrong, lied to the American people to take us to war on false pretenses and totally botched the whole operation.
