The Bushie rightwing is very homophobic and they constantly hype homophobia as a supposedly important issue. I cannot be a homophobe because I basically accept gays and don't give a damn what they do so long as it they don't flaunt it in my face or hit on me. Mainly I just ignore them. Though I have two friends who are gay and they're great. So long as they accept that I'm straight, which they do.

Bushies are homophobes though, and part of it is that many of them are secretly gay themselves, but always in the closet. The list is very long of rumored closet cases starting with Rove, Coulter, Ingraham, Mehlman, McClellan, Hastert, Santorum, who knows how many others. Maybe as many as one third of the top Bushie leaders. Maybe you are too. Are you?

And don't think being an evangelical stops you from being a closet case. Remember Jim Bakker?
