Some seem to live in a misery stew, like an uncle(democrat by birth and no chance of thinking his way out of it) of mine. For decades, I've watched him moan over things like "the world is too harsh to bring children into it" and pondering the great "mystery" of high oil prices.

He probably thinks the lack of hurricanes this season and dropping gas prices just before the elections are some sort of conspiracy. Bless them all.
