I wouldn't touch any of those ingredients unless they were cold pressed and organic. Cocoa has anti-oxidants in it and thins your blood. So does carob and now they find soy has a nitrate increasing thing to it, that decreases blood pressure. They knew it did, now they found out how. EC<:-}
