I would not think of giving an opinion on that-------I posted this because it is the 2nd time in past week that the court has posted a stockholder letter.

Until now, most have not been posted with the exception of a few early ones.

If anything comes of this, it would likely include previous stockholders of record and not those buying now----my guess on this.
