i don't see why you are claiming falling housing prices are deflationary. you never used to say rising housing prices were inflationary.

we have all been in agreement for some time that housing prices will fall. RISING housing prices were not the basis for the inflationist argument (which you happily accepted). but now falling housing prices are the basis of your deflationist position?

heads i win, tails you lose?

No this is not head I win tails I lose but rather prices have ben used ad infinitum by inflationists to support their views.
So which is it, since I am sick of it.

If home prices represented inflation and gas prices represented inflation and nail salon prices represented inflation then what are we seeing now?

I suppose you think I can not point out the illogic on inflationist arguments. I am not surprised at all by that, from anyone.

I am officially sticking to my guns.
Did you see me declare victory yet?

BTW, "Real Money" growth is actually negative and I will produce sine charts to support that point of view soon with help of a friend.
