First of all, I don't like Intel TX chipset motherboards. In your case, you already have 64MB RAM which is the limit of TX cacheable memory. If you place more RAM, your system will be degrade, i.e. SLOWER. I would suggest you to exchange it with VXPro or TXPro motherboard if your vendor agree.

Do you use a monster heatsink/fan and heat compound with your system as my previous posts? You could not expect smoooth oc without these.

Your Amptron PM9200 amptron.com should have no problems with 75Mhz bus speed. Change the voltage to 3.2V.

BTW, where did you buy MX-PR200 (66x2.5)?
