Well, I remain cautiously optimistic that things might turn out better on the border. However, it will not if the peace keepers simply settle in for the long haul. We need actual Israeli/Lebanese peace, not simple no war, although that is a good start. Perhaps more extensive private dialog is needed. The Lebanese PM might have to say in public what is needed, while warming up in private. My hope anyway.
