I don't think it was quite as simple as previously posted. There was a power struggle. It looks like Dennis lost. His shares were grabbed. An entity was built with the extra shares which seems to be creating signficant value for shareholders, at least according to their PR's. I don't see that as a bad thing. The increase in share price, with several periodic runs, from as low as .002's, where many of us posted about it on LFWK, clearly doesn't show it as being a bad thing. In fact, for those who comment on the basholes, each very large move has been preceded by an influx of MGB=Moronic Generic Bashers that try to spew FUD=fear, Uncertainty and Doubt on the various message boards and wormie blogs, enough so that those bashers are now stuck with their bloody stools, depression amidst a lonely onanistic monologue in the safety of their bathroom blog stalls.
