WINDSOR, ON -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 09/05/06 -- A Sulja Bros. Building Supplies (PINKSHEETS: SLJB) spokesperson announced the closing of the cement contract in Dubaiwith Ramada General Contracting in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
