I like torture of graffiti "artists". Singapore is fairly clean , with negligible broken bottles. They thrashed that young American punk.

I spotted one small quickly written graffiti in a tunnel a week or so ago in Singapore during our visit. That's the way graffiti artists should work - in fear, in a tunnel, in haste, doing just a little thing.

Whacking children should not be necessary other than very very rarely. It's usually a loser approach to children. But sometimes a whack has sorted out my 4 - but it's generally true that younger than age 8, they are too young to be whacked and over age 8, they are too old.
