That's BS.

The reason that we've still got the NK problem is because of Clintons ineffective diplomacy. All he did was put a patch on it which promptly gave out.

Since Bush came in they've AT LEAST quadrupled their nukes and test fire missiles at will while laughing at Bush's impotence.

It wouldn't matter who was head of the US, NK would still increase their stock pile of nucs. There's only one country that can control NK and it just so happens that it's also one that would enjoy making Japan into a nuclear slag pile.
