According to the WashPost, Virginia may be the Democrat's last best hope for retaking the Senate. blog.washingtonpost.com Has the "macaca" gaffe permanently wounded George Allen, or was it merely a flesh wound? Allen rolled out his TV ads over the weekend -- professional and suave. He's got about ten times as much in his war chest as Webb has in his own war chest. CB sez -- hey, this is the Old Dominion. Insulting someone for looking like a foreigner is still acceptable here. Allen may have shot himself in the foot for the race for President, but it won't permanently hurt his chance at the Senate.
