NO, I would not have called for an end to WWII -- but I would have asked those who targeted tens of thousands of civilians for mass murder to be put on trial.

And you would have been arrested for sedition.

I believe the Sedition act of 1918 was still in effect during WWII..

Btw, did you know that 2,000 people protesters against US participation in WWI were prosecuted under the Sedition act?

Sorry... That's the nature of war.. The winners write the history books, and they conduct the war crimes trials.
