Scott, I think the pre-announcement discounted the stock weeks ago. This fall was do to the comments of further future losses. 4th Qtr. results. Again I don't think that the long term analyst (Do they exist?) or Panic sellers (like those today) view Corel outside of 1997 fiscal year.
