Any conservative I bring up who has served (or who's son, or other close relative has served) could be dismissed as "not a Bushie like Allen". Also this whole thing about sons is pretty irrelevant. Sons make their own decisions about enlisting or not enlisting, and their fathers aren't morally responsible for the decision. BS. You guys started this war.....you fight it. And if you don't fight it, then you all are cowards right down to the Bush twins. Also if the eventual Democratic candidate for president is not a veteran and doesn't have a child who is serving are you going to bash him or her? Do you go around bashing Democratic politicians in general if they haven't served? Of course not. You're missing the point. It wasn't a Dem. who started this war. Oh btw its the first of the time.......shouldn't you be giving us your monthly speech that things are not that bad in Iraq?
