Most of us (myself included) have no idea what we could do locally to contribute. Message 22781240 I'm solar powered; grid intertie. If I have if it figured right, I won't have any more electrical bills; just a $5/month charge for the grid. If California rules change, and PGE hs to buy my XS, I'll really gear up, including a mini hydrogenerator on my seasonal creek.
