If there's no motive, than evidence can become quite flimsy, particularly if the evidence is very flimsy to begin with. By the way, lots of courts, even state supreme courts have ruled against the Bush administration lately on a variety of issues. Why oh why if there was actual proof of a conspiracy on 9/11 wouldn't some party take the case to court? If there really was legit evidence of ANY kind, why wouldn't there be a case in court right now? Trust me, there are plenty of courts (dozens of them) that would have no problem reviewing and ruling on evidence of foul business on 9/11.
