A big batch of shares today--maybe shares
for a Kingsbridge tranche?

I googled and see that CEGE, Santarus, Micromet,
Genvec, Pharmacyclics have done these deals
with Kingsbridge. Another group is
Azimuth Opportunity Ltd.

Anybody seen an article about CEFF's? Is this
another way hedge funds snag shares?
