Your Board "Rats Nest - Chronicles Of Collapse"
raises consciousness about issues pertaining to a coming scarcity of petroleum-based fuel and gas among which are:
famine, economic collapse, climate changes worsening - causing savagery - a breakdown of civilization maybe coming soon...
Some say this is all alarmist. We ALL hope it's not, like, we'll be coming home to no lights tomorrow and the warning bill's in the mailbox the next day. It's hard to know for sure what's really going on with the timing, given the past patterns of disinformation and nero fiddling while etc.
But those who deny something needs doing fast, in my opinion, are In Denial. Some has been done, a bit more is getting done now, much more needs to be done fast, is obvious.
When I read "Rats Nest - Chronicles of Collapse" it made me ponder the problem more, then i posted a writing after an idea balloon flew by about possibly making lots of biofuel from the giant piles of autumn leaves and clean up the forest floor munge which harbors vermin all at the same time - an effort that could be providing work, outdoor fun, and fuel for all participating in the effort. Me being me, that "Leaf & Weed Harvest Czarina" post on your board was written in rather a frivolous artiste manner next to the others, and i'm sure happy to see you didn't mind it.
IT was the original inspiration to start up This Board.
This Board is here in hopes it can be a way for people with good ideas to share knowledge, get opinions and tips about their works, and share/teach/learn the skills necessary to make art and inventions: Fast & The Easy Way. Hope it grows.
Sharing my knowledge is my way of contributing to our common good, to try & help Get This Thing Solved Before Its Too Late, & maybe get to say again "at least i can do something right"
And also OF COURSE for the fun of it, to park my links on here & have a place to check into while online, and to learn from it myself. Got some high hopes - wouldn't it be incredibly wonderful if some Real Works happen as a result?
