Accumulation of Agate Bay stock.Management continues to accumulate stocks and options; insiders now hold over 15% (see information circular and annual reports) Talk of royality financing may prevent dilution of stock and is being considered, but final effect depends on the terms negotiated. If technical analysis is considered on the stock ,it indicates that lower prices at higher demand levels exist and indicates that the stock has, and still is under accumulation.
