The one thing the 9-11 commission said Bush did good was disrupting the money terrorists groups got, then the NY Times and democrats ruin that.

Do you seriously think most sophisticated terrorist organizations hadn't already thought about that, and had already changed the way they move their money around? Hasn't it been widely reported they are using "mules" now to move cash? How can everyone be so daft to the point that they adapted and moved on, probably years ago. Thinking our enemy is dumb enough to think no one is watching bank their transactions is not a good position to have. I doubt there are too many terroists with enough money moving to raise a flag in that particular program that learned anything from the NY Times article. Also, didn't some book come out a month or two before the NY Times article describing the same thing?

If Bush's programs were so good, why hasn't any one been pinned to placing all those option trades on the airlines days before 9-11? You think that'd be easy money to follow wouldn't you?
