Dan, IOL is published by Petroconsultants of Geneva Switzerland. Its a well respected industry letter of what's moving and shaking on the international scene. Their e-mail is pinc@neosoft.com. They do not recommend stocks.
Just nice that they mentioned the big find and the fact that INDX has the strategic permit next door and on trend. Up's the chance for INDX to also have a big find. (Interesting that Fletcher Challange Energy has a market-cap of almost $3 Billion and INDX holds more onshore exploration acreage in NZ than does FCE.)
I think it would be a good thing if INDX laid off the drilling cost(probably in the $5M range) to a major in return for a piece of the action. If it's successful INDX will still be rewarded big time with it's remaining interest but if it's a duster there is no financial set back. Most successful junior companies operate this way provided they have the ability to work up a play that would attract a major company. In the international arena it wouldn't take many dusters to bury a junior company and dusters are always the likely outcome in Frontier Wildcatting.

Thanks Dan and hope this was helpful. You have good Karma.
