To hank and all,

As promised I was in Ithaca yesterday. I wrote this up before but because of distractions here in the office my writings have expired. So you will be getting this piece meal.
First from some of the locals say that the technology and science is sound.
the herbal library
has value of at least 5 million if not more with some of the accompanying research.
Secondly management sucked, ie Rhodes. (plain and simple a crook.)
Third Rhodes not Babish was trying to dilute it to the point of oblivion so he and others could buy it for a song
Forth Koch was a very sharp guy to lose.
Fifth People up there in town think they could be bought out
