I've always been skeptical of the far right strategy that attempted to paint Pres Clinton as a sexual pervert or a common thief. IMO the absolute worst malfeasance during his Adm was his failure to apprehend binLaden and thereby prevent 9/11. Republicans need not focus on any other issue--his mistaken assessment of the terrorist threat demonstrates Democrats' inherent weakness on national security. Wise voters will make national security their first priority for at least the next decade.
