Good point. I can't think of any single issue more restrictive to small business initiatives more than health care costs. Small businesses currently providing health insurance avoid hiring and expanding because of the added costs... and those who don't provide insurance keep employees just long enough until the employee finds a job with some coverage.

...we should also talk universal healthcare. Costs are so out of hand these days, that we have reached the point that single payers time might be coming.
